Each customized training plan provides two weeks or more of workouts with “how to” videos to accompany each exercise, descriptions, a cardio plan, a short term and long term goal outlook, and schedule planning to fit your lifestyle.
We live in a world today where there are multitudes of workout trends, exercises, and training methods at our disposal, which can leave one feeling overwhelmed and confused. Kristine develops detailed customized training plans to help clients gain knowledge, learn what works for their bodies, and not only achieve their goals, but surpass them. All training plans come complete with a minimum two week variation, cardio program, specific methods, timeline to fit clients weekly schedules and lifestyles, short-term and long-term check-in goals, and progressions. Kristine strives to help each client not only reach their fitness goals, but find ways to mix it up, make it enjoyable, and create a fitness lifestyle.
